Refund Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website at 021-469 3302 OR INFO@PICARDIREBEL.CO.ZA. Should you wish to return your purchase because you find it unsuitable, you should notify us first by e-mail or telephonically in the presence of the courier, quoting your invoice number to 021 4693302 or INFO@PICARDIREBEL.CO.ZA who would then arrange that the goods be returned via our courier company. Once the goods have been delivered to, checked that all packing and items are present and that the item/s remain in a resalable condition and has not been opened or used, we will replace the product or refund your credit card for the full amount less delivery fee. Return the product with as much content as possible so that it can be sent back to the supplier for testing, If the incorrect product is delivered to you in error (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging. Please promptly contact on 021 4693302 or INFO@PICARDIREBEL.CO.ZA to notify us thereof, so that we can resolve the mistake by arranging to collect such product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.


NOTE: PicardiRebel cannot take responsibility for breakage of products by the courier company. The customer has the option to insure the purchase at their own cost.


Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Should you be entitled to a refund (for any reason), such refund will be effected on the credit card used to purchase the product or deposited into a valid South African bank account via EFT within 10 working days of the product being returned to and checked.


Fraud Prevention reserves the right to refuse, for fraud prevention reasons, processing any payment for any order, and/or to cancel any purchase partially or completely, with notice given to you. will be responsible for returning funds for the cancelled portion of the order to you only if you have already paid such funds.
