TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale Amber
Nose: Apricots, grapefruit and toasted almonds open up to fresh green cooking apples, before warming
to apple tatin, lightly spiced calvados caramel creme and a dark fruit compote.
Palate: Freshly picked green apples, fruit sorbet,
soft orchard fruit salad, then raisins, figs and stewed dates from the PX sherry cask influence, and all while that base of sweet malt, light marzipan sponge cake, and that splendid candied orange grace note we have come to expect from Dunville’s releases.
Finish: Clean malt is interspersed with vanilla panna cotta, dried tropical fruits, Clove, oak spice and a lingering of PX sherry.
